Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests, determining their needs, and assisting with selecting and purchasing cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

This role supports the Sales Manager through a focus on service, events, and brand education, maintain store standards, and provide exceptional guest experiences while staying current on trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or esthetician license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in selecting prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.
• Provide makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book and support in-store events and appointments.
• Maintain store standards, stock, and merchandise presentation.
• Meet or exceed prestige sales goals and guest loyalty targets.
