Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category—color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance—by engaging guests and guiding their selections. The role supports the Sales Manager with service-driven retail, events, and a strong emphasis on guest experience and brand training.

The PBA will build relationships, demonstrate products, and ensure store standards, while participating in merchandise resets and experiential events.

Qualificações

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide personalized service, recommending prestige products and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed on new trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain store standards, replenish and keep testers available per hygiene requirements.
• Attend training on prestige and iconic brands to enhance product knowledge and sales.
