Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation, Marion Operations, is seeking an Operations/Production Analyst lead for its pressroom. This role will oversee a 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am) on the Marion, Ohio line, directing a team of coordinators, group leaders, and operators to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with strong teamwork, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required for production leadership role.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams is necessary.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities to meet daily demand.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives.
• Implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methods in daily ops.
• Direct, develop, and assess team members as their people leader.
• Record daily time & attendance in UKG for direct reports.
