Job summary

Arrow International, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a press operator to manage production runs from setup to finished sheet. You’ll optimize color and quality across offset, digital, and flexographic platforms, with shifts on 1st or 2nd, and overtime as demand spikes.

Monday–Friday schedule with standard hours and occasional overtime supports high‑volume jobs. You will configure the press, perform changeovers, verify registration, monitor waste, and ensure safety and clean work areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, printing, or press operations preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills.
• Attention to detail with pride in quality output.
• Fluent English communication.
• Dependable, safety-first work ethic.
• Willingness to learn press operations and expand technical skills.
• Openness to overtime and flexibility between 1st/2nd shift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough daily setups and efficient changeovers on equipment and materials.
• Keep the press clean and reliable; maintain reservoirs, cylinders, and components.
• Troubleshoot quickly, make adjustments, and escalate when needed.
• Identify and report equipment issues, defective materials, and quality concerns; follow up on repairs.
• Protect productivity by cutting waste, minimizing spoilage, and preventing errors.
• Coordinate handoffs and job information with teammates on other shifts.
• Finish assignments accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and workspace.
• Champion safety by following company rules and keeping the area organized.
• Share knowledge with crew members and department staff.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
