Job description

Ready to run complex print jobs with precision? Arrow International is hiring a Flexographic and Sheetfed Press Technician to keep our pressroom humming. We’re expanding our team on both 1st (7:00 AM–3:00 PM) and 2nd (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) shifts, Monday through Friday, with overtime available.

Why you?
  • Do you enjoy translating detailed work orders, schedules, first articles, database files, and ticket tab visuals into flawless setups?
  • Are you confident setting up a press—first transfer, color calibration, and all—and dialing in quality?
  • Can you switch materials quickly (databases, blankets, impression paper, PIP, and various stocks) to keep production on pace?
  • Will you catch shifts in color or registration before they become waste?
  • Are you comfortable cleaning reservoirs, cylinders, and components—and troubleshooting when something’s off?
  • Do you know when to make minor repairs yourself and when to call technical or phone support?
What you’ll handle day-to-day
  • Operate press equipment safely and efficiently to meet work instructions and timelines.
  • Select print modes to balance color, quality, and speed requirements.
  • Load the exact paper stock (type, size, color) each job demands.
  • Identify and report equipment problems, defective materials, improper operations, and quality concerns.
  • Follow up on repairs and communicate ongoing issues to press room management.
  • Reduce waste, spoilage, and errors while hitting production standards.
  • Coordinate job details with teammates across shifts for smooth handoffs.
  • Maintain tools, materials, and work areas; keep the environment clean, safe, and organized.
  • Adhere to company safety rules, policies, and departmental procedures.
  • Share knowledge with crew members and build your press expertise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Dependable, safety-focused, and collaborative.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to learn press operations and expand technical skills.
  • Open to overtime and flexible to 1st/2nd shift needs.
