Job summary

Arrow International, Inc. is seeking a Flexographic and Sheetfed Press Technician to operate and optimize our pressroom. This role supports both 1st (7:00 AM–3:00 PM) and 2nd (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) shifts, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

You will follow work orders, calibrate color, and ensure production timelines are met. You’ll load stock, monitor ink/drying, identify problems, report quality concerns, and keep equipment and workspace clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing/printing or press work preferred.
• Able to read work orders and follow instructions; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate press equipment safely to meet instructions and timelines.
• Load correct paper stock and settings per job.
• Identify and report equipment issues and quality concerns.
• Coordinate handoffs with teammates across shifts.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety rules and department procedures.
