Whether you prefer early starts (1st shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM) or evenings (2nd shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM), you’ll work Monday through Friday—with overtime when demand spikes—on equipment spanning offset, digital, and flexographic platforms.Picture a typical runYou receive a job packet with work orders, schedules, first articles, database files, and ticket tab visuals. You configure the press, complete the first transfer, and dial in color calibration. You select the proper print mode to balance color accuracy, quality, and speed, then load the exact stock—type, size, and color—called for.
