Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of press operation and setup experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety compliance.
• Experience with stamping, hydraulic or pneumatic presses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing presses for production.
• Perform setup and changeover procedures for various press types.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and adjust as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain production records and required documentation.
• Follow all safety protocols and keep the work area clean.
