The Pivot Group Network is seeking an experienced Press Operator / Setup in Walker, MI to support manufacturers across West Michigan. The role focuses on operating presses and performing setup/changeovers to maintain production schedules.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
2+ years experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Demonstrated ability to perform quality checks using precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor manufacturing presses for production efficiency.
Perform routine setup and changeovers of presses according to production schedules.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues and process deviations.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
