Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience operating printing presses.
• Ability to set up and adjust press equipment for various print jobs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and quality control documents.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and machine interface.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing press machines according to production schedules.
• Perform setup and changeover procedures for various production runs, adjusting parameters as needed.
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products, identifying and resolving defects.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machinery to ensure continuous operation.
• Load and unload materials from the press and maintain production records.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep a clean work environment.
