Job summary

CRH is seeking an Operator to retrieve, inspect, and prepare products to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will operate machinery, ensure quality assurance, and perform routine maintenance. This position requires a high school diploma and the ability to obtain forklift and crane certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience or equivalent combination is acceptable.
• Ability to be certified for Forklift and Crane within 6 months.
• Can lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and dusty environments.

Responsibilities

• Operates press and inspects parts for shipment.
• Notifies supervisor of issues with product or machinery.
• Communicates production issues with colleagues.
• Performs routine machine maintenance.
• Assists other operators with machine setup as needed.
