Job summary

CRH is seeking a production-oriented employee for its Oldcastle operation. The role involves running equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining production records in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with teams to keep processes efficient and safe.

Ability to lift and operate in a non-climate-controlled setting is expected. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least two years in manufacturing, with

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent.
At least two years experience in a manufacturing organization.
Ability to wear PPE and follow safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment to produce products from raw materials to yard stage.
Inspect product quality according to standards.
Assist in maintaining accurate production records.
Monitor machinery and report malfunctions.
Perform machine clean-up, setup, preventive maintenance and related duties.
Work with conveyors, ramps, elevators and other machinery.
Perform Lock Out Tag Out and CPM.
Cross train on other aspects of the production process.
Operate mobile equipment as needed.
Maintain a high level of accuracy.
Other duties as needed.
