Job summary

4over, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a skilled Press Operator to run the Komori sheet-fed press, perform setup, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, on-time production.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience on Komori Sheet Fed presses, strong mechanical aptitude, and proven ability to train junior operators while maintaining safety and efficiency on a 1st shift (05:00 AM – 01:30 PM) schedule.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience as a Komori Sheet Fed Press Operator.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and press maintenance skills.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and operate the sheet feed press to produce high-quality print products.
• Access the Batching System to view press schedule and identify priority jobs.
• Examine job orders to determine quantity, stock, color, and printing instructions.
• Lead and direct assistant operator, including on-the-job training.
• Ensure press crew prepares machine for next job after current is complete.
• Monitor press cycle and performance, and report job quantities with quality checks.
