American Trim, LLC is seeking a reliable Press Operator for our 1st and 3rd shift appliance decorative products operations in Sidney, OH. You will operate the production work center, manage lube, press operations, inspect parts, and package completed items, ensuring safety and quality.

We offer steady work, on-the-job training, day-one benefits, and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and are able to work overtime, train on 1st shift, and follow strict safety

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Blueprint reading is helpful.
• Basic math: percentages, decimals, addition and subtraction.
• Knowledge of press, dies and setup operations.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a production environment with meeting schedules and rates.
• Willingness to train on 1st shift for 2–4 weeks.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Safety-focused and dependable.

Mansioni

• Operate the production work center, including lube operations, press operations, inspecting parts, and packing out.
• Coordinate multiple press operations.
• Control operation through complex automation systems.
• Produce daily job assignments using WMS.
• Follow safety procedures (JSA, ESA, ASA) and environmental compliance.
• Communicate with shift supervisor and engineers on production issues.
• Set dies to meet customer requirements within scheduled time frames.
• Perform routine housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
