Job summary

American Trim is seeking an Appliance Assembly & Inspection Associate to support our appliance manufacturing operations in Sidney, OH. This light manufacturing role involves assembling, inspecting for defects, and packaging control panel components, with on-the-job training provided.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; the position offers 1st shift hours, overtime as needed, and opportunities for skill development in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Basic reading and math skills required or preferred.
• Ability to follow work instructions, quality standards and packaging requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly of appliance control panel components.
• Inspect products for cosmetic and manufacturing defects.
• Package completed products according to specifications and customer requirements.
• Operate basic assembly equipment and follow work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
