Job summary

MAT Industries, Inc. is seeking a Press Operator for the first shift to set up and run presses, including occasional progressive presses, in an air-conditioned manufacturing environment focused on safety and quality.

The position starts at $19.50 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and runs Monday–Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (10-hour shift with three paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch).

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and running presses, including occasional progressive presses.
• Read and interpret blueprints for product specifications.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.

• Actively participate in LEAN manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating presses, including overhead cranes.
• 2+ years of experience with LINK systems automation controls.
• High school diploma or GED.
