Winpak Control Group Inc. in Norwood, NJ, is seeking a Press Operator for our Printing Department. You will operate and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials, ensuring consistent color, registration, and print quality while upholding safety and production standards.

The role supports operational excellence and continuous improvement, with first shift hours and on-site work. Experience with flexographic printing and strong mechanical skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience operating a printing press in a manufacturing environment (flexographic preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and perform basic math and metric conversions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Winpak Control Group Inc. is seeking a Press Operator to join our Printing Department based out of Norwood, New Jersey In this role, you will operate and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials that meet customer specifications. You’ll ensure consistent color, registration, and print quality while maintaining adherence to safety, cGMP, and production standards. This position plays a key role in supporting Winpak’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Prior experience in flexible packaging or film manufacturing.
• Leadership or press crew training experience.

Additional Details

This is a full-time position.

Shift

First Shift (Monday – Friday) - 6:00 am to 2:30pm

This position is 100% onsite in Norwood, NJ.

Wage Range

$32–$37/hour
