Job description

Join to apply for the Press Operator role at NextPage.

As a Full-Service Digital Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining toner-based Ricoh Digital Press Machines, a hydraulic cutter, folders, and other small bindery equipment. You will interact with varying levels of internal personnel verbally, electronically, and in written form.

Hours for the position are Monday – Friday, 8AM-4:30PM.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all production scheduling objectives are being met.
2. Start and safely maintain digital print equipment.
3. Read and understand job-related production requirements communicated through a job production ticket.
4. Utilize internal inventory systems, supply inventory codes to products.
5. Conduct daily inventory counts and monthly cycle counts.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Experience with RICOH toner-based devices.
3. Experience in small bindery equipment (cutter, Duplo, small folding machines, punch & binding systems).
4. Print/copy shop or associate knowledge preferred.
5. Ability to work with software, computers, digital press, and small bindery equipment.
6. Available to work overtime when needed.
