Challenger Teamwear is seeking experienced screen printers to operate automatic presses for printing logos and sponsors on sporting apparel. We produce uniforms for Clubs, Parks & Recs, and YMCA's, fostering a sense of belonging and pride among children receiving their uniforms.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, offering benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and parental leave.

Responsibilities

• Check ink coverage, density, alignment, and registration
• Complete all production documentation
• Set up screens for automatic printing
• Maintain a clean work area
• Follow safety protocols

Personal Attributes

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a good eye for detail

Skills and Experience

• Experience with automatic screen printing presses
• Knowledge of using Plastisol inks
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Dexterity and arm/hand steadiness
• Frequent stooping, bending, pulling, pushing
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Additional Details

• Shift: 40 hours/week, Day shift (7:00 AM - 3:45 PM)
• Pay Rate: $17+ per hour, based on experience
