Automatic Silk Screen Press Operator

Position Overview

Challenger Teamwear is seeking experienced screen printers capable of printing logos and sponsors on sporting apparel using an automatic press.

We are a sporting apparel company that creates uniforms for Clubs, Parks & Recs, and YMCAs. We believe in creating memorable moments for children receiving their uniforms, fostering a sense of belonging, pride, and community.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Essential Functions

1. Check ink coverage, density, alignment, and registration.
2. Complete all necessary production documentation.
3. Set up screens for automatic printing.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Skills and Experience

• Experience with automatic screen printing presses
• Knowledge of Plastisol inks
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Abilities

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Frequent stooping, bending, pulling, and pushing
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally

Shift Details

• 40 hours/week, Day shift
• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM

Compensation

$17+ per hour, based on experience
