We even provide cups and containers to local favorites like the Royals, Chiefs, Harpo’s, and Tanner’s. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and great work ethic to join our production team as a printing press operator. We are currently seeking second shift (2:45pm-11:15pm) operators.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(Additional duties may also be included as directed by your lead-person or manager).

  1. Set up Offset Printer and support equipment as per written work instructions.
  2. Operate Offset Printer efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  3. Monitor color registration and printing quality, using Pantone Matching System for color accuracy.
  4. Ensure continuous, efficient machine operation, minimizing waste.
  5. Notify supervisor 30 minutes before running out of materials to allow for proper planning.
  6. Load the overhead carousel with products to be printed.
  7. Use safety equipment and follow safety procedures at all times.
  8. Complete all required paperwork accurately.
  9. Keep the work area clean and organized.
  10. Report unsafe or inefficient conditions immediately.
  11. Work overtime as scheduled.
  12. Assist in other plant and warehouse areas as needed.
  13. Complete product inspections and sampling paperwork as required by SQF modules.
