Zohorecruit in Souderton, PA is seeking a press operations helper to support 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Compensation is hourly and will be discussed during the initial phone screen. Shifts run Mon–Fri with varying start times.

The role focuses on overseeing press operations, changeovers, and quality control while maintaining a safe, organized work area and accurate production records. Experience preferred, training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in press operations or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to learn and follow operational and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, ability to work in team environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee press operation under the guidance of the Press Operator or Supervisor.
• Prepare and execute press changeovers efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production standards.
• Train and support press assistants on operational procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities according to company protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and report any safety-related issues immediately.
• Maintain accurate records of quality, production, and waste.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support press operations.
