Nesco Resource is seeking a Press Maintenance Technician to keep production lines running smoothly in a heavy manufacturing environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding metal-forming presses and related systems to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance, experience with presses or heavy equipment, and strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical domains.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing and machine maintenance experience.
• Experience maintaining, rebuilding, or repairing mechanical presses or heavy industrial equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, rebuild, and reassemble metal-forming presses.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production equipment.
• Use hand and power tools, welders, torque wrenches, impacts, magnetic drills, and hydraulic jacks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and on time.
