Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems in Senatobia, MS is seeking a production leader to oversee extrusion operations. You will review schedules, set billet temperatures, and guide the press crew on every order run while ensuring quality and efficiency.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience, ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with measurement tools. ISO familiarity is a plus; you will train staff and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Combination of three to five years of leadership experience preferred.
• Previous press operating experience preferred.
• Must read and use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and digital gauge tables.
• Experience reading blueprints and parts drawings.
• Familiarity with ISO certification and processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules to determine billet requirements and temperatures for extrusions.
• Ensure proper billet temperature settings and direct press crew on each order run.
• Continuously inspect material for non-conformance and address inquiries while training new team members.
• Recommend policy/process improvements to Production Supervisor and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage in company tours for customers as requested.
