Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems in Senatobia, MS is hiring for a 3rd shift Production Support role in our Extrusion department. You will help move materials to the packaging line, adhere to customer specifications, operate the packaging machine, and help maintain quality.

This position emphasizes teamwork, ability to read measurements, use hand tools, and navigate ERP systems. Lift up to 150 pounds and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment with reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of production operations and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read, count, perform simple math equations and accurately measure is required.
• Previous experience with small hand tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Previous work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate ERP Systems

Responsibilities

• Handles material onto the packaging line according to customer specifications.
• Uses tools including tape measures, banders, air hoses, and overhead cranes.
• Operates on packaging machine.
• Monitors quality and reports deviations to lead or supervisor.
• Establishes efficient workflow based on product, task, and work area.
• Keeps department supplies stocked and notifies when running low.
• Lifts up to 150 pounds.
