Our services include aluminum extrusion, fabrication, architectural and industrial finishes, and more.WHAT YOU WILL DOReview production schedules to determine the number of billets required, parts per billet, and necessary temperatures for solid and hollow extrusions.Ensure proper billet temperature settings and direct the press crew to align efforts on every order run.Continuously inspect material for non-conformance issues such as die lines, tears, broken holes, and scratches.Address employee inquiries regarding policy and provide thorough training for new team members.Recommend improvements to the Production Supervisor related to policy, process, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Actively engage in continuous process improvement initiatives and participate in company tours for customers as requested.WHO YOU ARECombination of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in leadership and participation or completion of leadership program preferred.Previous press operating experience preferred.
