Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations on the 3rd shift (Sunday – Thursday 10:00 PM–6:00 AM) in Senatobia, MS. You will drive safety, quality performance, and develop a high-performing production team.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in manufacturing, blueprints reading, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. An Associate's or Bachelor's in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a management-related field preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate production teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production metrics, quality systems, and workplace safety.
• Experience reading blueprints and part drawings.
• Knowledge of finishing operations and aluminum paint processes preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees while overseeing daily department operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, training programs, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Drive quality excellence by training employees on customer requirements, monitoring quality processes, documenting inspections, and managing non-conforming products.
• Improve productivity and efficiency by monitoring production performance, minimizing downtime, and coordinating with Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Manage employee performance through coaching, training, performance feedback, attendance management, discipline, conflict resolution, and employee development.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and labor records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct department meetings, audits, and leader standard work reviews to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Plant Leadership, Human Resources, Safety, and other teams to achieve production goals and maintain effective communication throughout the organization.
