Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Press Technician to join our team. You will prepare rolls for printing, ensure ink and plates are ready for the Press Operator, and help maintain a safe, clean work area.

The position features 12-hour shifts, a starting wage of $20.65 per hour, a $1.15/hour night shift differential, and a $1,500 retention bonus for new hires and qualifying rehires. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 85 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Must work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Able to follow verbal or written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rolls for printing and ensure ink and plates are ready for the Press Operator.
• Keep the area clean and assist with changeovers and safety compliance.
• Maintain press readiness, unload and manage ink and cylinders.
• Assist in other areas or duties as assigned by supervisor.
