The position offers a regular full-time schedule with rotating 12-hour shifts including every other weekend, a starting wage of $23.49 plus $1.00/hour shift differential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists Lead Operator with production of the job run.
• Monitor print quality and color consistency throughout the production process.
• Assist with inventory management for inks and production supplies.
• Cross-trains with Lead Press Operator to learn the functionality of the Offset Press.
• Works as a team member to meet production and company goals.
