Job summary

Fabricated Metals, LLC is seeking a reliable Press Brake Operator for our Kentucky facility. You will set up, adjust, and operate press brake machinery to bend and form heavy-duty steel components for industrial storage products. You’ll read blueprints, select tooling, and perform quality checks, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Ability to read a standard tape measure and perform precise measurements.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude with manual or CNC machinery.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program press brake machines by selecting dies, punches, and back gauges per blueprint specs.
• Form and bend sheet metal and steel plate to precise angles for cabinets, workstations, and carts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings to determine material requirements and bending sequences.
• Inspect finished components using calipers, squares, and tape measures to ensure quality standards.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep a clean, safe workstation.
