KCC Companies in Louisville, KY is seeking a Brake Press Operator to set up and operate a CNC brake press and bend sheet metal to drawing specifications. You will use measuring devices to verify part tolerances and read drawings to ensure accuracy.

Competenze

• Experience using measuring devices to verify tolerances.
• Ability to read part drawings and interpret tolerances.
• Metal forming training or apprenticeship required.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate brake press to bend sheet metal to drawings.
• Use protractor, calipers, micrometer to verify part accuracy.
• Program CNC press brake and adjust tooling as required.
• Maintain machine and tooling; ensure safety compliance.
• Read drawings and verify material/thickness constraints.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
