Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking Press Brake Operators at Level I–III to set up and operate bending equipment in a high‑volume environment. Roles are aligned to experience: I for entry, II for intermediate, III for advanced, with training and mentoring provided.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, maintaining quality, and adhering to safety protocols while meeting efficiency targets. Diverse benefits and ongoing education support are available.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, and instructions.
• Perform basic business math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on new programs and processes.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machine under supervision with training provided.
• Set up tools, equipment, and machines according to production specs.
• Perform dimensional inspections and adjust tooling to meet specs.
• Lead safety initiatives and support quality standards.
• Cross-train across multiple workstations and assist in other areas as needed.
