Job summary

Cadrex is seeking Press Brake Operators at all experience levels to join our manufacturing team in Kentucky. We offer Operator I, II, and III roles with progression based on skill and experience, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Safely operate and/or set up press brake equipment to produce quality parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, drawings, and safety procedures
• Follow established bending sequences and production requirements
• Perform quality inspections using basic and precision measurement tools

Responsibilities

• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designer
• Perform quality inspection/checks per quality documentation/control plan
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures
• Identify different types of material – Aluminum, 5000 series Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Paint Grip, Galvanneal, and Galvanized
• Uphold site efficiency standards
• Learn and demonstrate continuous improvement for site Safety and Quality standards and procedures
• Meet the standards of the site attendance policy
• Assist in other work areas as assigned
