Job summary

Cadrex is seeking a Press Brake Operator I in Wisconsin to set up and operate metal bending machines in accordance with quality standards. The role requires reading blueprints, basic math, and following safety procedures while maintaining a clean work area.

The job offers full-time hours with a Monday–Thursday schedule, onsite location, and a strong benefits package including health, life, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, memos, and simple instructions
• Knowledge of basic business math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Responsibilities

• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designer
• Perform quality inspection/checks per quality documentation/control plan
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures
• Identify materials such as Aluminum, 5000 series Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Paint Grip, Galvanneal, and Galvanized
• Uphold site efficiency standards and support continuous improvement for site Safety and Quality standards
