CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Press Brake Operator (Level I, II, or III) to set up and operate metal bending machines in accordance with quality and quantity standards. Candidates will be aligned to Level I, II, or III based on experience and skill set.

Located onsite in Bloomingdale, IL, this full-time role offers growth across levels with training provided, while maintaining safety and quality responsibilities and meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules and blueprints.
• Perform basic business math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and work instructions.
• Perform quality inspections per documentation and control plans.
• Use basic measurement tools (calipers, squares).
• Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions.
