Responsibilities include setting up machines, reading blueprints, verifying dimensions with precision tools, and coordinating with teams to sustain production flow.

Qualifications

• Prior assembly or machine operator set-up experience.
• Proven ability to set up machines and processes to specs with minimal scrap.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand assembly processes.
• Proficient with CADKEY and precision measuring tools.
• Capable of documenting processes and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up brake machines and tooling for production/assembly.
• Install, adjust, and align tooling for operations.
• Analyze machines and processes to find solutions.
• Monitor processes and suggest productivity improvements.
• Verify accuracy using calipers and measuring tools.
• Maintain materials at machines and ensure quality across production.
• Train operators and assist with measurement and blueprint reading.
• Report equipment issues and support safe machine operation.
• Read blueprints and ensure correct angles and sequences.
