Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Press Brake Operator in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to operate and maintain the Press Brake and perform various fabrication projects. The role involves deburring, grinding, and polishing machined parts, reading blueprints, and ensuring tolerances are met.

You will interpret work orders and BOMs, and configure bend allowances for sheet metal. The candidate should be proficient with CNC programming, tool setup, and machine safety practices, with the ability to detect and correct

Qualifications

Produces parts by programming, setting up, and operating a CNC.
Must be proficient in all press brake machines on site.
Document tooling and safe practices for Press Brake operations.
Ability to calculate blank sizes, bend locations, and tooling for each part.
Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts accordingly.

Responsibilities

Competent use of hand, bench and light machine operations for deburring, filing, grinding and polishing on machined parts.
Interpretation of work orders, blueprints and bills of material.
Configure bend allowances for sheet metal (stainless, aluminum, steel).
Operate forklift, pallet jacks, hoist to move materials over 50 pounds.
Perform cycle counts as prescribed by Production and Inventory Control.
