Qualifications

• Previous experience with basic hand tools.
• Preferred: experience in metal fabrication.
• Preferred: prior Pierce team member or contractor experience.
• 1+ years metal fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and set up machines for operation.
• Operate sheet metal fabrication machines (press brakes, lasers, water jets).
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Follow instructions and assist co-workers as needed.
• Rotate tasks and work overtime as required.
