Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Press Brake Operator - 1st Shift in Waukesha, WI to lay out materials per blueprint and operate hydraulic press brakes from 230T to 400T to form steel transformer and voltage regulator tank components.

The role offers an hourly rate of $24.45 per hour with core hours 7 am - 3 pm, overtime potential, shift premiums, and benefits available from day one. Career growth through cross-training and additional compensation opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• No visa sponsorship or work authorization assistance is provided for this position.
• Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Set up forming dies and punches in the press brake.
• Enter part number information and adjust programs after first-piece checks.
• Position pieces against stops and form to required angles and bends.
• Check finished pieces against drawings and adjust the press brake as needed.
• Collaborate with another operator to palletize finished parts.
• Develop computer programs for new parts.
