Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Machining Certificate.
• Previous fabrication experience is preferred.
• Able to read calipers, protractors and tape measures.
• Able to read blueprints.
• DMM experience and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and hygiene regulations.
• Understand and receive work assignments from supervisor.
• Perform initial setup for PLC, analog, or manual machines.
• Operate equipment to produce parts and inspect final components.
• Interpret work orders, Kanban cards, and drawings.
• Complete paperwork and system transactions.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials for continuous operation.
• Provide on-the-job training for new operators.
• Perform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities daily.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
