Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year press brake or machine operations experience.
• No relocation; must reside within Sherman, TX area; Eaton does not sponsor immigration.
• Computer skills for data entry and documentation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate LVD Press Brake controls.
• Troubleshoot machine problems as they arise.
• ID and tag shop orders with product.
• Retrieve/enter data into the system.
• Ensure quality and proper documentation for all parts.
• Maintain components and supplies for efficient operation.
• Brake components per print specifications.
• Perform 5S and Continuous Improvement activities.
