Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a FAB Machine Operator - Press Brake - 2nd Shift in the United States. The position pays $21.00 per hour and includes standard fabrication duties in the Fabrication Department.

The operator will set up PLC/Analog/Manual machines, run parts, interpret orders and drawings, maintain tools, and perform TPM/5S+ daily while meeting safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Relocation not offered; 50-mile radius geographic limitation applies.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and hygiene regulations.
• Receive and understand work assignments from Supervisor.
• Set up operation on PLC, Analog, or Manual controlled machines.
• Operate equipment to produce parts per drawings and orders.
• Interpret written orders, Kanban cards, and drawings.
• Complete paperwork and system transactions accurately.
• Maintain tools and equipment for continuous operation.
• Inspect final components against specifications.
• Perform operator maintenance on machining and fabrication equipment.
• Report abnormal situations and submit maintenance work orders.
• Provide on-the-job training for new Operators.
• Perform TPM and 5S+ responsibilities daily.
• Complete any other tasks from management or leads.
