Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Weld Utility - 1st Shift in Waukesha, Wisconsin. The position pays $32.65 per hour. Core hours are 7am–3pm, with possible overtime mandated. Salaries reflect candidate skills and market considerations.

As a Utility Welder, you will operate welding, cutting, and material handling equipment, build prototypes, and implement changes per Engineering Change Requests. Growth opportunities exist within Eaton.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• One-year welding tech diploma or equivalent experience.
• Willing to complete Eaton weld test.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding, cutting, and material handling equipment.
• Build engineering prototypes and perform repair work per ECRs.
• Train and assist new employees as needed.
• Weld in overhead and vertical positions and support maintenance.
