Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Waukesha, WI is seeking a Production Support Operator on the 3rd shift. Core hours are 11 pm–7 am with overtime as needed.

You will operate laser and press brake equipment to convert sheet metal into parts for transformer and regulator tanks, move materials, and assist with machine maintenance. The role requires loading materials, validating thickness with gauges, setting up equipment, and using forklifts/cranes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of laser experience in manufacturing.
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and cranes.

Responsibilities

• Load materials onto laser table and perform laser cutting per specs, instructions, schedules and drawings.
• Set up and operate laser; verify material thickness and tolerances.
• Assist in press brake forming to meet production and quality standards.
• Operate forklift and crane; maintain a safe workspace.
• Keep work area clean and safe for self and others.
