Job Purpose:

- The Press Brake Operator at MORGAN STEEL LLC is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications. This role is crucial in ensuring the precision and quality of metal components used in various projects and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal sheets.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine machine settings and adjustments.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Monitor the quality of finished products, making necessary adjustments to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
• Document and report production data, including completed work orders and machine performance metrics.

Qualifications:
