Make adjustments as needed during production runs to maintain desired tolerances. Program the press brake machine using CNC controls to execute the required cutting and bending actions as per the design specifications.
  • Quality Inspection: Thoroughly inspect the final products to ensure uniformity, accuracy, and adherence to the provided blueprints and production standards.
  • Material Management: Maintain an organized and efficient work area by restocking materials as needed to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted production process.
  • Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on the press brake machine to ensure its optimal performance and prevent any operational issues.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the machinery, ensuring a secure and hazard‑free work environment.
  • Production Reporting: Keep detailed records of completed tasks, production quantities, and any issues encountered during the manufacturing process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
