ProMach, Inc. in Hartland, Wisconsin, is seeking a Press Assistant to support the setup, operation, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. You will work alongside the Press Operator to keep production running safely and efficiently, with a focus on minimizing waste and downtime.

The role offers a 24/7 operation with a starting pay of $20.00/hour plus an 8% shift premium ($21.60/hour) and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.

Responsabilités

• Support Press Operator during setup, operation, and changeovers to minimize waste and downtime.
• Prepare for upcoming jobs by staging ink, plates, cores, and materials.
• Retrieve ink from inventory and assist with cutting and preparing cores as needed.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain organized work area.
• Follow GMP and safety requirements.
• Assist with routine press maintenance and support efficient production workflows.
• Coordinate daily responsibilities with the Operator to keep production on schedule.
• Perform other duties to support press and production operations.
