Georgetown University seeks a highly versatile Presidential Events Coordinator to join the Office of the President on campus. The role involves supporting events with the external Georgetown community and coordinating with the President's staff and other offices.
Responsibilities include research, programming and logistical support for the events team; creating invitations and event materials; maintaining calendars and ordering supplies.

The ideal candidate is a highly versatile and self-motivated team player who can make a significant contribution to key events hosted by the University. This position will interact with the external Georgetown community, Office of the President Staff members, and other University offices and programs on a daily basis. The Presidential Events Team is responsible for executing a variety of event, communications, analytical and administrative duties as part of the Office of the President.
The Presidential Events Coordinator serves as a member of the Office of the President and reports to the Director of Presidential Events.
