Job summary

Actalent seeks a dynamic President to lead its US Subsidiary, partnering with the Group President to execute strategic initiatives. You will shape business and product strategy, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure alignment with global objectives while reporting to group headquarters.

Responsibilities include building key customer and partner relationships, leading the R&D team, and driving new product development, cost control, and cross-border cooperation with the China Head Office.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of management experience in subsidiary operations.
• In-depth understanding of US market rules and cross-border operation models.
• Strong strategic thinking and business development with full P&L management.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
• Independent judgment and problem-solving in cross-cultural contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement US Subsidiary's business and product strategies.
• Maintain relationships with customers, industry partners, and authorities.
• Oversee hiring and management of the R&D team.
• Lead new product development from concept to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with US laws and regulations.
• Report progress and proposals to group headquarters and coordinate China/US resources.
