Job summary

Cordance is seeking a President, Business Unit, to lead a high-potential SaaS unit in the United States. As P&L owner, you set strategy, drive disciplined growth, and oversee product, GTM, pricing, and customer success.

You will mentor teams, manage multi-year investments, and act as the external face to customers and partners while integrating acquired businesses and delivering strong operating performance.

Qualifications

• Defines long-term strategy and translates vision into actionable plans (Strategic Thinking).
• Manages financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and value creation (P&L Management).
• Drives accountability, operational discipline, and consistent delivery (Execution Exellence).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the BU's vision, objectives and long-term growth strategy.
• Lead GTM strategy, demand generation, and revenue expansion.
• Shape the product roadmap in alignment with market opportunities.
• Partner with operations to embed best practices in pricing, packaging and customer success.
• Oversee integration strategies for newly acquired businesses (systems, people, GTM).
• Build and mentor high-performing teams and foster accountability.
